Corporate Meeting Facilities
Our conference center offers a variety of meeting and banquet space. From formal to casual gatherings, we can host your next corporate event. We are the premier choice for the Wausau area for hosting corporate gatherings from holiday banquets, award ceremonies and retirement parties to meetings, seminars and fundraisers.
The Weston Inn & Suites is adjacent to the facility and features 60 deluxe sleeping rooms for your lodging needs.
The Weston hall, with over 2,500 square feet of flexible space, is the smallest hall and may be used for anything from private dinner, to breakout rooms, and meeting space. Our main hall offers 5,400 square feet of banquet facilities. This space can be divided into three separate meeting rooms or can be utilized as one large room with a seating capacity of up to 500 guests. May through September, a third banquet space is available. This ballroom is installed over 20 bowling lanes and features almost 6,500 square feet of open space.

Outdoor Meeting Facility
Host your next corporate meeting, luncheon or dinner at Dale's Weston Lanes outdoor facility for a little fun in the sun. We have several food and beverage options available for all of your food & drink needs. All beverages need to purchased through Weston Lanes. We do have an indoor room available as back up if bad weather arrives.

Venue Rental Charges and Fees
To reserve a meeting room at Mountain Bay Banquet and Conference Center, a room deposit of 50% of your rental is
required along with a signed contract for a definite hold. No refund of deposit unless special arrangement are made.
Rental prices subject to change. Prices do not include 18% service charge and 5.5% Wisconsin state and local sales tax.
