At Weston Lanes we have over 25 years of wedding experience and want you to experience the wedding of your dreams. Our experienced staff will help and guide you through the complete planning process. Our goal is to provide a stress free facility for the bride and groom while planning your big day as well as the comfort and relaxation for your family and friends. We can accommodate a variety of different size groups and have several options available to make your day perfect. We will get your day set up (decorating is not included) and do all the clean up. We offer white or black linen tablecloths and white, black or colored napkins. You will also get a skirted head table with staging as well as tables for gifts, guest book and the cake. You will have a private bar with bartender(s) and wait staff. You will have a great dance floor with AV Equipment for any slide shows with sound and microphones for speeches. We will also provide a cake cutting service for you. Our on site Wedding Coordinator is here to help you along the way.

Host your rehearsal dinner with us too! We have many different options such as a bowling party, billiards party or an outside party under our tent. From a formal sit down dinner to pizza and beer, we can accommodate any rehearsal dinner you desire. Gift Opening
Take in the first morning as a married couple with the company of family and friends while you enjoy one of our relaxing gift opening options. Mountain Bay Banquet Center offers Sunday Gift Openings for a minimum of 15 or more guests from 10 am - Noon. Contact our Wedding Coordinator today to reserve your Sunday Gift Opening.

We are also adjacent to Baymont Hotel just steps away for those out of town guests. Waking up to a free continental breakfast, before taking a dip in their indoor pool and whirlpool that is open 24 hours on weekends is the perfect start to your honeymoon!
Baymont come complete with HD flat screen TVs, HBO, free Wi-Fi, microwaves, refrigerators and much more. They are also a pet friendly hotel with only a one time fee required. You must call ahead of time so the staff can accommodate your needs.
For all of our wedding couples we are pleased to provide the bride & groom with a complimentary whirlpool suite for the night of the event for the bride and groom to use. After signing our contract, Baymont will block up to 15 rooms based upon your availability. Rooms are release one month prior to your event. These are not pre-assigned room numbers so they may not be on the same floor. We do offer a special wedding block rate for the family and friends of the bride and groom.

Venue Rental Charges and Fees
To reserve a wedding room at Mountain Bay Banquet Center, a room deposit of 50% of your rental is
required along with a signed contract for a definite hold. No refund of deposit unless special arrangement are made.
Rental prices subject to change based on meal and beverage plans.
Prices do not include 18% service charge and 5.5% Wisconsin state and local sales tax.
